Cassandra Williams is a strong advocate for revolutionizing systems. Her research is on “Flipping Instructional Coaching.” She is responsible for Transforming the Educational Experience for new teachers. She developed an e-Learning Support program that offers Coaching to Instructional Leaders, School Coaches and Teachers in the skillful implementation of the District Reading/English Language Arts Program by using video reflection.
Finally, we get to know WHAT we are going to do to address these variables we want to be reformed. All grades and all subjects can benefit from this session that will take you through the strategies, activities, and projects that @variablesofed has designed to help promote the 10 C’s and address all of the variables that we have identified. Chad began teaching in 2003. In the fall of 2014, Chad was selected by the Indiana Department of Education as one of 25 teachers to be on a STEM curriculum writing team that wrote lessons utilizing new technology in the classroom. Through this experience, he met his fellow EdTech Heroes. And through EdTech Heroes, Chad has found a new passion. This new passion is sharing his techniques and educational ideology with fellow educators. He is a Google Level 2 Certified Educator and lists as his superpowers blending meaningful technology into his classroom, STEM education, energizing students through project-based learning, and ridding the world of boring professional development one conference at a time. Chad has presented at over 20 conferences around the state of Indiana including ICE, HECC, Matt Miller’s Ditch that Conference and recently was chosen to teach STEM in China in the summer of 2018. He is the founder of Wabash Valley Maker’s Fest which is a STEM conference for students and educators in his area of the state.
