Cassandra Williams is a strong advocate for revolutionizing systems. Her research is on “Flipping Instructional Coaching.” She is responsible for Transforming the Educational Experience for new teachers. She developed an e-Learning Support program that offers Coaching to Instructional Leaders, School Coaches and Teachers in the skillful implementation of the District Reading/English Language Arts Program by using video reflection.
